Once you enter the modern 2.5 room apartment there are a few steps down to the sunken living area. The living area is bright and open designed , complete with large sliding-glass elements leading to the terrace . The living room has a chaise lounge, and a 4- seater sofa, which can be used as a sleeper-sofa for 2 additional people.

The modern, open kitchen with bar is equipped with everything and leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine is also integrated into the kitchen. A flatscreen TV with international and German-language channels and Wireless Internet ( free of charge) are also included .

The apartment has a living area of 70 square meters, and is located in a well maintained residential apartment house by the lakeside and marina of Ascona. Outside Terraces There are 2 terraces available, one is off the living area , the other at the bedroom. You find a nice sitting area with table and 4 comfortable chairs and 2 loungers. The view of the lake, marina , and mountains is uniquely beautiful . There are two terraces towards the lake , you can enjoy all day sun.

Bedroom - bathroom

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also provides access to one of the two terraces. In the hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom there is a large wardrobe containing several closets. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub- shower, vanity and toilet. Air conditioning The bedroom is equipped with a modern air conditioning, in the summer months it ensures comfortable temperatures and good nights sleep. But you can also easily open the windows or doors , if no air conditioning is desired.

Arrival by car or public transportation

If you arrive by car , you get your own parking space in the garage of the apartment building . Due to the central location and the proximity to public transport, it is also easily possible to spend the holiday without a car . The bus stop is about 500 m away, about 1 km to the Lido (public waterpark) beach , golf and tennis . The lake is 20 meters away, groceries shopping is about 300 meters from the apartment. Holiday in Ascona The once sleepy fishing village of Ascona in Ticino-Switzerland , has now become the meeting place of the international jet set . High-profile events , a large selection of first class restaurants, and of course the mediterranean atmosphere make Ascona a preferred holiday destination in Switzerland-Ticino.

Our apartment AL LAGO is located directly by the Lake Maggiore , close to the famous Piazza and the lakeside promenade . You can reach the old town and all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. For those arriving by car, there is a reserved parking space in the garage of the apartment building .
